Marie works as a project manager in the circular economy group with focus on circular and sustainable food systems. Much of her work is focused on supporting researchers and companies with developing and implementing novel innovative strategies to increase consumption of tasty, healthy, and sustainable foods, including a focus on school children, increased utilization of foods, and strengthening the competitiveness of businesses in the Swedish food system. Marie has a background as a researcher in Food and Nutrition Science and in Medical Sciences and has continued her education in sustainable foods systems and in leadership.
