Strategies for successful innovation work
From idea to implementation
Innovation management is about having effective processes for managing innovations, from conception to implementation. To feel confident in innovation work, it is also necessary to minimise risks at an early stage and create security for the people involved in the work. This is particularly important in the case of collaborations between different actors from academia, industry and the public sector. At Chalmers Industriteknik, we work with different types of tools that can be used for just this. We work with environmental monitoring, strategies and processes, where we help you to develop the information and knowledge needed to set a strategy. We also help you develop processes to work in an organised way to comply with the strategies and manage the time-critical events in an innovation process.
We have chosen to focus on five areas within innovation management.
The tools we use to achieve the above include intellectual property rights and assets, collaborative agreements, business development and data-driven innovation (including data law). We also develop and deliver training in these areas.
Business Development
Implementing the results of innovation work in one's business or commercialising the results of research requires a good knowledge of the market. Read more about Business Development
Data-driven innovation
Large amounts of data often abound in today's society, but it is not always easy to know how and when this data can and, above all, must be used to create new innovations. Read more about Data-driven innovation
More effective collaboration for innovation
CIT offers workshop-based training for development teams within an organisation or project teams that span several organisations. Read more about More effective collaboration for innovation
Intellectual property rights & assets (IP/IA)
We create strategies and processes for how intellectual property and assets should be managed and agreed upon before, during and after an innovation project. Read more about Intellectual property rights & assets (IP/IA)
