Sara works with HR within the business. In practice, this means, among other things, ensuring and developing HR matters together with the business. The HR matters include talent management, employer branding & recruitment, employment law, leadership as well as work environment and equality questions. She is passionate about people and the business. Seeing people grow within the business and seeing the business develop thanks to the people. To create a sustainable society which also includes working life.

Sara has a bachelor’s degree in Sociology & Criminology from the University of York (UK) but “got stuck” in HR several years ago when her interest in people and business grew stronger. She has previously worked in recruitment and staffing, but in recent years has worked more broadly in HR. Most recently, Sara came from BraunAbility Europe where she worked as an HR specialist and supported managers & employees in several different HR issues, much with a focus on employment law.
