Maria is the project manager for FullkornsFrämjandet, which is based on a collaboration established several years ago between approximately 20 partners in business, academia, authorities, public meal operations and civil society organizations. The work takes place in close collaboration with the EU project SWITCH, where the Västra Götaland region has also joined as a contributor.
Maria is passionate about reaching out with all positive knowledge about the beneficial effects of whole grains on our health! Intake of whole grains is the unique nutrition factor that best prevents illness . Whole grains are also climate-smart, cheap and tasty!
