Johan has focused on helping the industry using new materials since 2015. He has done this directly in industrial collaborations and at a more strategic level within SIO Grafen and the Graphene Flagship. Johan is the chair of the standardisation committé for nanotechnologies in Sweden – SIS TK 516 and is the task leader for standardisation within the Graphene Flagship.
Johan has worked with carbon nanomaterials (graphene and carbon nanotubes) since 2006. He holds a M.Sc in Engineering Physics from Chalmers and a PhD from the University of Edinburgh. He has been a researcher in Sweden, Belgium, Great Britain, Brazil and Czech Republic.
