Hanna is a project manager in sustainable material development, with a focus on textiles, medtech and antifouling. Creating sustainable solutions for people and the environment, strengthening blue bioeconomy and contributing to research coming in handy is important to Hanna. She has many years of experience in research and project management from academia (Chalmers, ETH Zurich, University of South Australia) and research institutes (RISE Research Institutes of Sweden). Hanna defended her thesis in 2013 with Enzyme immobilization in mesoporus silica particles.

Hanna is a board member of the Swedish Chemical Society within the Section for Surface and Materials Chemistry. The purpose of the section is to promote surface and materials chemistry in Sweden and contribute to increased contacts between industry and universities.
