Elisabeth has been Programme Director for SIO Grafen since 2019, a programme hosted by Chalmers Industriteknik. SIO Grafen works to bring 2D materials – the materials of the future – from the lab to industry, aiming to make Sweden a leader in the industrial development and application of graphene and other 2D materials.
As of 2025, Elisabeth also serves as Outreach Manager for the Swedish Chips Competence Centre (SCCC).
With over 30 years of experience in industrial collaboration within innovation, advanced materials, manufacturing, and production, Elisabeth has a strong track record of bridging research and industry. Prior to 2019, her focus was on metallic materials and new manufacturing methods. She has supported researchers and companies in building collaborative projects that rapidly bring new technologies into practical use.
Elisabeth holds an MSc in Engineering Physics from Uppsala University.
