Events, Contact Forms and Subscriptions
Personal data (name, address, telephone number and email address) provided in connection with registrations for seminars, workshops or similar events are stored only for as long as required for administration and reporting purposes. If a fee is charged for the event, the invoice documentation is stored in accordance with applicable accounting regulations.
Personal data submitted via our contact form (for example name, email address, organisation and any information you choose to include in the message field) are used solely to process and respond to your enquiry. The data are stored only for as long as necessary to handle the matter and any subsequent correspondence.
Personal data (name, address and email address) provided when subscribing to our newsletter are stored only for as long as you remain a subscriber. When you unsubscribe, your personal data will be deleted.

Right to request information
If you want to know whether Chalmers Industriteknik processes personal data about you, send us a signed request at the e-mail address pu@chalmersindustriteknik.se. You have the right to request information about personal data that is processed about you with us and to have the data corrected.
Please note that Chalmers Industriteknik only has access to personal data that is needed for our own operations, for example customer and subscriber registers, and not data held by other organizations and companies that we collaborate with, for example in development and collaboration projects.
