Tobias has been working as a consultant specialising in energy efficiency, environmental certifications, and sustainability since 2005, primarily within the building, real estate, and industrial sectors. Today, he serves as CEO of our subsidiary, CIT Renergy. Over the years, Tobias has supported several of Sweden’s largest property owners and industrial companies in their efforts to reduce energy consumption and enhance sustainability.
He is an expert in energy audits, energy performance certificates, and system selection analyses, with particular expertise in environmental certifications, especially LEED. Tobias also provides advisory services in areas such as reuse and circular solutions, as well as guidance on green financing.
With solid technical knowledge and a strong commitment, Tobias is driven by a clear ambition to make a tangible contribution to sustainable development.
