Mickey Johansson has extensive experience from senior leadership positions within the consulting industry, including serving as Managing Director of WSP Norge and Deputy CEO/Chief Operating Officer of WSP Sverige. He has worked across a broad range of disciplines, including strategic advisory services, project management and governance, as well as engineering and technical development.
He also has substantial experience in change management and business development, with particular expertise in mergers, acquisitions, and post-merger integration processes.
Mickey holds a PhD from Chalmers University of Technology and has also served as an Adjunct Professor. In addition, he was the owner of a start-up company that was subsequently acquired by a publicly listed company.
Furthermore, he has extensive board-level experience, having served both as a board member and chairman of several private companies and academic organisations.
