She also supports companies in developing their business and operations to meet future sustainability and climate requirements, thereby ensuring long-term competitiveness.

Lena is convinced that collaboration is key to managing the transformation that society and industry are currently facing. She emphasises the importance of building knowledge together, across industries and along value chains, and developing business models in which both risks and opportunities are shared.

With a PhD in lignin chemistry as her foundation, Lena has worked across a wide range of areas – from process development in pulp mills to investment strategies and business development as a management consultant, as well as research and innovation in several cluster and collaborative environments.
