Hanna has a broad background in environmental sustainability, with experience from both the private and public sectors. She has, among other roles, worked as Head of Sustainability at a large international company in the automotive industry, where she built the sustainability function and organisation from the ground up. Most recently, she was part of Volvo Cars’ global sustainability team, focusing on the circular economy and materials strategy.
With a BSc in Physical Geography and Ecosystem Science and an MSc in Environmental Strategic Management and Policy from Lund University, Hanna combines academic expertise with extensive practical experience in turning sustainability strategies into action.
Hanna is driven by identifying new opportunities within complex systems – not least by finding ways to make use of untapped residual streams and create new value from them. Inspired by nature’s own solutions, she applies a strong systems perspective to developing practical solutions that enable people, animals and nature to coexist in harmony.
