You can achieve a goal but not your aim. That happens a lot, we honestly translate aims to goals. And then we do stupid things in the name of the goal that get it the way of the aim. We forget the aim sometimes and put the goal in its place. If management sets quantitative targets and makes people’s job depend on meeting them, they will likely meet the targets – even if they have to destroy the enterprise to do it.

Petter works in digitalisation within the healthcare sector and life sciences, focusing on data-driven innovation. His goal is to enhance the capacity for continuous improvement and innovation in healthcare, leveraging digitalisation as a key tool. This involves project management, data modelling, product development, and architecture.

Petter has extensive and diverse experience in various types of IT projects across different industries, with a particular focus on developing innovative digital solutions for healthcare. He contributed as a specialist in interoperability in health IT to the Swedish Government Official Report SOU 2024:33 – Shared Health Data: Double the Benefit.
